New Franchisee Training

For new franchisees, we conduct a rigorous training program up to 5 days at our corporate headquarters in College Point, Queens. New franchisees learn EVERYTING PACIFIC in both a classroom style setting and in the field. In the classroom, new franchisees will learn about the Pacific brand, outstanding customer service, franchisee support, daily operations, bookkeeping procedures, the types of advertising we utilize, how to use our software on a field tablet, and much more. Through open discussion, team exercises and role play, new franchisees will learn the entire “PACIFIC SYSTEM”. In the field exercise portion of our training, new franchisees will learn everything about sprinklers! We will cover the design and installation of sprinkler systems, the components of an irrigation system (controllers, valves, fittings, heads, etc.) and how to trouble shoot in the field. We will also dive into our add on services such as landscape lighting, holiday lighting, drainage solutions, and much much more!

Annual Franchisee Meeting

Our annual franchisee meeting is a one day event that takes place every March, which all franchisees are required to attend. We review new promotions for the season, new services, updates to our systems, new products, sales tips, how to increase profitability, and more. We find that these meetings are extremely helpful in team building, creating synergy among all of the members of our team, obtaining and sharing group knowledge, and preparing for the upcoming spring season each year.
